1994 Mixed tapes and CDs spread and the public demand for new material increases rapidly. Experimental combinations of noise and electronic tunes unfold the universe of sound. Origin and destiny synchronize.
1995 First DJ gigs in trend-bars. The phusion of different styles like house, breakbeat, funk and techno becomes an obsession.
1997 Cio rocks the party scene and Munich based clubs like Babaloo and Flokati start booking her. Studies in MPC 2000 and technical equipment. First samples for Mix-CDs come into existence. Jobs to produce sound-loops for the internet follow.
1999 First experimental tracks are being recorded. Cio works with various studios and directs the progress of her own electronic projects. Although she receives more and more cooperation offers Cio drops further mutual projects, as she longs to express herself individually and to focus on founding her own studio.
2000 - 2004 Acid Scout aka Richard Bartz meets Cio at one of her Gigs. He takes her on to his Kurbel tour. Cio gets to play with Savas Pascalidis, Labinsect and Lester Jones. They haunt clubs like Ostgut Berlin, Stammheim Kassel and more. Bookings for renowned clubs like Ultraschall, N8werkclub, KW, Hell´s Club Villa ect. follow.
She acts with artists like Abe Duque, Acid Maria, Anthony Rother, Ben Sims, Der Dritte Raum, Electric Indigo, Gayle San, G-Force, Jay Denham, Leandro Gamez, Miss Kittin, Pascal Feos, Roman Flügel and many others. Cio becomes a resident at Ultraschall Munich until it closed down and found a new homebase at Electric-Delicate/ N8werkclub.

2005 cio is organizing her first own night every two month together with lux lupo (rillenfieber and woandersclub owner). it called “nachtwind”. they have guests until the summer like jay haze, gabriel ananda, abe duque.

Style:
Minimal funky deep house, techno house, dubbed experimental, funky Detroit techno and acid. Important to her is that her sets convey an uplifting and positive energy, spiced with surprises.

Producing:
her first debut 12″ hokus pokus on treibstoff is out since december 2004. a remix for trisomie 21 will be released in march. she is working on a new maxi and her first album (takes time). Also some website-loops and advertising music are done.

Cio was moved by dance and percussion instruments already before her first ovulation. The first step into the public was at age seventeen, playing congas in a one woman and seven men jazz band. Electronic music - the likes of Brian Eno and David Byrne - inspired her for her self-choreographed dance performance, wrapped up in new and experimental sounds form various styles.
Her love for music intensified - not a single day without sound! She spent endless days mixing tapes and CDs requested by friends, models and choreographers. Offers to deejay in trend bars came up, leading to Cio to be heard in various parties and clubs.

Cio´s ambitions rose and ideas for tracks originated. Creating sound, adapting from their environment and finally recording them fascinated her completely. She sampled virtually everything, everywhere. Equipped with a sampler and mini discs, she travelled the Sinai desert - experiments and technology.
More time passed. First short pieces for the Internet and starters for mixed CDs appeared. The sampler´s limitations were forseeable, so Cio went on to producing techno tracks with fellow sound engineers in various studios. her musical images are infinite, an designated own studio is on its way.
She is inspired by everything and nothing. The desert, colourful diving, nature, architecture, art, and playing with words. Movement is the force that drives her. And friends. And most important: Bringing you into her own world of sound.

Cio bewegt die Musik noch vor ihrem ersten Eisprung in Form von Tanz und Rhythmikinstrumenten. Elektronische Klänge von Brian Eno und David Byrne inspirieren sie und somit setzt sie diese Klangwelten für ihre Choreografien “on stage” ein. Alles dreht sich um die Erforschung neuer Stilrichtungen in der Musik. Im Alter von 17 Jahren spielt sie Kongas in einer sieben Mann - Jazzband.

Kein Tag ohne Sound - Die Liebe zum Ton intensiviert sich. Tapes und CD´s werden ohne Zeitgefühl tagelang und vor allem nachts gemixt. Ihre Tapes werden schnell beliebt und die Nachfrage bei Freunden, Models und Fotografen wächst schnell. Viele Angebote als DJ Frau von
diversen Trend - Bars folgen. Cio spielt mit Hingabe während ihrer Gigs auf Parties und Discotheken und bringt Menschen in Bewegung.

Ihr Anspruch steigert sich. Eigene Ideen für “tracks” entstehen. Die Geräuschkulissenjagd hat begonnen. Gesampelt wird Alles und überall. Ausgerüstet mit MPC 2000 und Mini Discs reist sie mehrmals in den Sinai, um in das Medium experimentelle Musik und Technik einzutauchen. Die ersten Mix-CD Starter entstehen und Auftragsarbeiten für das Internet folgen. Die Technik der MPC zeigt ihr schnell ihre Grenzen und Cio erweitert im Team ihre Ideen für elektronische Beats in verschiedenen Studios. Ihre musikalische Phantasie ist grenzenlos und die ersten Schritte für das Studio ihrer Träume sind gegangen.

Mehr! Für Cio ist die Musik das Höchste ihrer Ausdrucksform. Bewegung ist ihre Antriebsfeder. Ideen schöpft sie aus Allem und Nichts: Aus der Architektur, der Wüste, den Farben während eines Tauchgangs, der Autobahn, der Purnatur, aus Wortspielen und…. Im Vordergrund steht der Mensch, den sie mit ihren Tonwelten gern verzaubern möchte.
