Michael Stapf begins to combine different styles including Techno and Electro on his DJ equipment, around 1997. At this time, well-known Frankfurt Techno clubs like Dorian Gray and the famous Omen exert strong influence on his musical interest.
He starts off playing his sets at small private parties that, not surprisingly, meet his audience with great response.
His winning of the Teknite DJ-Contest at the U-Bahn / Iserlohn in 2002 arouses further interest – first of Teknite, later of other agencies and his musical sets meet growing demand. That is why booking agencies like Teknite, Final-Groove, Abschuss and others, want him to spin his records at clubs and other events.
Since then, Michael continuously plays his sets to a growing audience. His willingness to rock any crowd and his energy-loaded sets are a good combination that always lead to a highly danceable outcome. From time to time he delivers his ever-changing sets on radio shows like Radio X/Frankfurt, Radio Kontrollamt/Luxemburg, Freies Radio/Stuttgart and various webradios.
Among the events he has played are Ruhr in Love/Gelsenkirchen, the upcoming Sunrize Festival / Würzburg and various Nature One/Koblenz camping ground gigs.
He spins his records in clubs like the Tanzhaus-West/Frankfurt, Porn Club/Essen, Butan Club/Wuppertal, Pulp Mansion/Berlin, U60311/Frankfurt, Space Place/Frankfurt, Fusion Club/Münster.
